Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our compliance services team, covering North Hants, Basingstoke and Surrey. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with potential overtime and a van + fuel card provided for travel.

You will perform routine testing in customers' homes, comply with IEE wiring regs and SNG procedures, and ensure health and safety standards are met. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential housing electrical work at least at NVQ3 level or equivalent.
• Must have 18th Edition (BS7671) and Electrical Test/Inspect qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine testing and repairs of electrical services in customers' homes.
• Work within planned teams following schedules and standard procedures.
• Maintain health and safety practices on site.
• Estimate, requisition, and obtain materials to complete repairs.
• Record and report status using inspection sheets and minor works/installation certificates.
