Job summary

Sovereign Network Group in Devon is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our compliance team. The full-time role involves 40 hours per week with van and fuel card provided for travel across the Devon area.

You will perform routine testing, responsive repairs, and planned works in homes, following IEE wiring regulations and SNG procedures. NVQ3, 18th Edition, and City & Guild 2391 are required, with a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is ideal, preferably in housing.
• Must hold a full and current driving licence with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine testing of electrical services in customers' homes.
• Attend responsive repairs and works within planned teams and schedules.
• Maintain health and safety standards on site.
• Estimate and requisition materials to carry out repairs per IEE and Health & Safety regulations.
• Record and report on the status of electrical services equipment using inspection certificates.
