Job summary

Eko Talent is partnering with a UK renewables company to recruit a skilled Electrician to support the operation and maintenance of multiple solar and renewable energy assets in the United Kingdom. The role offers a generous base salary of £60,000 per year with overtime, a bonus, and a company van and fuel card.

Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with door-to-door travel paid. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, fault finding on inverters and LV/HV systems,

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• 18th/17th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and install solar systems and renewable energy systems.
• Fault finding and diagnostics on inverters, transformers, LV/HV systems
• Testing and inspection (AC/DC systems)
• Thermographic inspections and string testing
• Monitoring plant performance and responding to alarms
• Completing detailed service reports and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting HV switching operations (where authorised)

About the Role:

We have partnered with a UK-based renewables company, maintaining multiple renewable energy assets and helping drive the UK’s clean energy transition. Due to continued portfolio growth, we are seeking a skilled Electrician to support the operation and maintenance of multiple assets.
