Job summary

VIQU Energy Limited is seeking an experienced PV Installer Electrician to join our Yorkshire team. You will install, test, commission, and fault-find commercial solar PV systems, leading a small installation crew and ensuring compliance with electrical standards and health and safety.

You will read drawings, conduct testing, and mentor junior installers while maintaining high safety standards across projects. A CSCS/ECS card and full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience installing commercial solar PV systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and carry out testing and commissioning.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• CSCS/ECS card and full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, and fault-find commercial solar PV systems.

About the Role

A leading organisation within the UK renewable energy sector is seeking an experienced PV Installer Electrician to join its growing team across Yorkshire. This role will focus on installing, testing, and commissioning commercial solar PV systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will also support junior team members, resolve technical issues, and ensure all work meets electrical regulations and health and safety requirements.

About You
