Niyaa People are recruiting an Electrician – EICR Testing for social housing across Bournemouth, Salisbury and surrounding areas. This permanent role includes a company van and a stable workload.

You will carry out EICR testing, electrical inspections, fault diagnosis and certification, ensuring compliance with current regulations while working in occupied and empty properties.

Formación

• EICR testing experience in social housing or domestic properties.
• Solid knowledge of electrical inspections and testing.
• Experience with electrical certification to regulations and safety standards.
• DBS check may be required.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out EICR testing across social housing properties.
• Complete electrical inspections and testing.
• Identify electrical faults and recommend remedial works.
• Complete electrical certifications accurately and to a high standard.
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards.
• Work across occupied and empty properties.
• Travel across Bournemouth, Salisbury and surrounding areas.

Join a well-established social housing contractor on a permanent contract as an Electrician – EICR Testing , carrying out electrical inspections and testing across Bournemouth, Salisbury and the surrounding areas.

I’d love to hear from anyone with experience in EICR testing, electrical inspection, social housing or domestic electrical repairs .

As an Electrician, you will be:

• Carrying out EICR testing across social housing properties


• Completing electrical inspections and testing


• Identifying electrical faults and recommending remedial works


• Completing electrical certification accurately and to a high standard


• Ensuring all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards


• Working across both occupied and empty properties


• Travelling across Bournemouth, Salisbury and the surrounding areas

• 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification


• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation


• Previous social housing experience


• Strong EICR testing and inspection experience


• A full UK driving licence


• Ability to pass a DBS check
