We are seeking a qualified electrician for a permanent position from day one, working on tenanted social housing properties around Warwickshire. The role includes a van and fuel card, one of the highest holiday allowances in the industry, excellent paternity/maternity packages, and strong progression opportunities.

Role Details:

• Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon and Warwickshire
• Type: Permanent, full-time
• Salary: £35,000 + overtime + call outs (OTE = £40K+)
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week with flexible working hours

Daily Responsibilities:

• Performing repairs on social housing properties
• Conducting planned and reactive maintenance across Warwickshire
• Participating in an emergency out-of-hours team

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Full UK driving license
