Nuco Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team, working across social housing properties in Bishop's Stortford and surrounding areas. Starting pay is £43,000 per annum for a 40-hour week on a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities include carrying out electrical works in void properties, testing and inspections, kitchen upgrades, installing smoke alarms, and ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and health and safety standards while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations.
• 2391 - Testing and Inspection certification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical works in void social housing properties.
• Complete electrical testing, inspections and remedial works.
• Undertake kitchen upgrades and associated electrical installations.
• Install, test and maintain smoke alarms.
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and health and safety standards.
