Qualifications

• Fully qualified and experienced electrician.
• Knowledge of EV charging units is a plus.
• Full UK driving license is required.
• Experience with EV charging units desirable; training provided.
• IPAF & PASMA certifications desirable; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install LED lighting and electrical systems accurately.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Deliver high quality installations with minimal rework.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times.
• Complete all work documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain company vehicle and tools; report needs.
• Adapt to changes and participate in training as required.

We are seeking an experienced and qualified electrician to join our dynamic team. The role involves undertaking all aspects of electrical installations, LED lighting projects, minor works, and testing & inspection where applicable. You will work on projects across retail, industrial, commercial, and government sectors, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Install LED lighting and electrical systems to specification.
• Collaborate with the Lighting Project team, sub-contractors, and Project Manager to meet project deadlines.
• Work from electrical drawings, including installation diagrams, circuit layouts, and schematics.
• Deliver a first-time quality installation with minimal rework.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation at all times.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain responsibility for company vehicle and materials.
• Adapt to technical changes and attend training as required.
• Undertake additional duties as instructed by the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Fully qualified to 18th Edition IEE Regulations (2383-18).
• 2391-52 Test & Inspection (desirable, training provided).
• SSSTS Accreditation (desirable, training provided).
• Skills & Experience: Knowledge of EV charging units (desirable, training provided).
• IPAF & PASMA certifications (desirable, training provided).
• Ability to work nights and stay away from home (Mon–Fri).
• Comfortable working at heights (up to 3m) and lifting up to 25kg.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
