Job summary

FIND in Preston is seeking an experienced Electrician moving into training to support Level 3 Electrical apprentices. The role focuses on teaching and mentoring while staying connected to the industry, rather than performing daily on-site work.

You will help apprentices develop practical skills and knowledge, with a starting salary around £42,000, rising to £45,500 after qualification. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a generous holiday allowance and a company-funded teaching

What will you actually be doing?

You'll be working with Level 3 Electrical apprentices, helping them develop the practical skills and electrical knowledge they need to become qualified electricians.It's still very much an electrical role. The difference is that instead of carrying out the work yourself every day, you'll be showing the next generation how to do it properly.If you've thought about getting off the tools but don't want to walk away from the industry you've spent years building a career in, this is a very good route into something different.
