Preston | Circa £42,000 starting salary | Rising to £45,500 | Monday-Friday
Are you an experienced Electrician thinking about getting off the tools?
I’m working with an established independent training provider in Preston looking for an experienced Electrician to join their team and train Level 3 Electrical apprentices.
You do NOT need previous teaching experience.
They’re specifically interested in experienced electricians coming from industry.
Your teacher training and qualifications will be fully funded while you’re working, with your salary increasing as you become qualified.
You’ll be working with Level 3 Electrical apprentices, helping them develop the practical skills and electrical knowledge they need to become qualified electricians.
It’s still very much an electrical role. The difference is that instead of carrying out the work yourself every day, you’ll be showing the next generation how to do it properly.
If you’ve thought about getting off the tools but don’t want to walk away from the industry you’ve spent years building a career in, this is a very good route into something different.
