Wates is seeking an experienced electrical inspector to perform inspection, testing and remedial works in occupied and void social housing properties across Milton Keynes. You will ensure all work complies with current regulations and high safety standards.

You will complete EICRs and certification accurately, maintain documentation, and provide a professional, customer-focused service to tenants. A Level 3 installation qualification, C&G 2382/2391, and a valid UK driving licence are required,

Competenze

• EICR experience with accurate certification documentation.
• C&G 2382 - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations compliance.
• C&G 2391 - Inspection & Testing (or equivalent).
• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification.
• 2-3 years' proven experience in inspection and testing.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and standards.
• DBS check required at offer stage.

• Electrical inspection and testing in social housing properties
