Mears Group PLC is seeking a skilled electrician for a fixed-term contract based in Manchester. The role involves hands-on maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems across tenanted properties within the social housing sector.
You will install, service, fault-find and maintain electrical installations, including repairs to sockets and switches. NVQ3 AM2 and 18th Edition are required, with driving licence and housing experience preferred.
Contract: Full Time - 12 Month FTC
Salary up to £45,000.00 per annum, company van & fuel card
42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)
