Job summary

Clearpath Recruitment are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join a well-established contractor working across Kent and the surrounding areas.

The role is based around Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells or central Kent with travel between sites. You will work on commercial and residential projects, with first- and second-fix electrical work and a willingness to assist other trades on site.

Qualified Electrician - Kent

Maidstone / Tunbridge Wells & Surrounding Areas

£250 per day

Clearpath Recruitment are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join a well-established contractor working across Kent and the surrounding areas.

We are ideally looking for someone based around Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells or central Kent who is happy to travel between projects when required.

The majority of the work will be electrical, however this role would suit someone who is versatile, flexible and willing to assist other trades on site when needed. We are looking for someone with the right attitude who is happy to get involved and help keep projects moving rather than limiting themselves strictly to electrical duties.

Projects are varied and include large commercial developments, residential projects valued up to approximately £5 million, commercial units and retirement living/village developments.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Recognised electrical qualifications
• Strong experience across commercial and residential projects
• Good first-fix and second-fix electrical experience
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Willingness to assist other trades when required
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• Reliability and the ability to work well as part of a wider site team
