Job summary

Hunter Selection Ltd is seeking a skilled maintenance engineer to service Guildford, Reading, and surrounding areas. The role involves reactive, preventive, and testing work on various contracts including pubs and restaurants. You will participate in an on-call rota and travel door-to-door.

The position offers a company vehicle, life insurance, and paid travel with OT rates between 1.5x and 2x. Ideal candidates have 4 years in a similar role, 18th edition, and testing experience.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
• 18th edition wiring regulations.
• Testing experience preferred.
• 2391 Test and inspection certification advantageous.
• AM2 certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• PPM, reactive, maintenance and testing across sites.
• Small installations.
• Covering pubs and restaurant contracts.
• Participate in an on-call rota.

An exciting opportunity with a company who has recently won a new contracts across the South East, with ambitious directors that look to grow the company further and take their engineers on the journey with them. Our client is the chosen facilities maintenance provider to a variety of commercial contracts including, cinemas, pubs and restaurants.

The chosen engineer will be looking after sites in Guildford, Surrey, Reading and the surrounding areas conducting reactive, maintenance, PPMs and testing works. With majority of their management team progressing up from an engineer level, the company has a proven track record of investing their engineers and promoting within.
