Job summary

Sureserve Compliance Central is seeking a qualified electrician with hands-on experience of domestic heating and hot water systems. You will visit properties to perform testing and remedial works, delivering high-quality service to clients and tenants.

Responsibilities include EICRs, periodic testing, and ensuring safety compliance. A professional approach with strong communication and paperwork skills is essential for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out EICR after assessing the electrical installation within properties.
• Periodic testing and wiring of new heating systems across domestic/commercial properties.
• Maintain high levels of customer care with clients and tenants.
• Complete updates and progress paperwork electronically and manually.
• Adhere to Health and Safety, COSHH Records, and risk assessments.
• Assist with stock ordering and auditing to ensure parts availability.

Overview of Role: You will be attending properties, conducting testing and remedial works. We are looking for a qualified electrical engineer with experience of domestic heating and hot water systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out EICR following an assessment of the electrical installation within properties.
• Periodic testing and wiring installation of new heating systems on a variety of domestic and commercial properties across the region.
• Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.
• Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually.
• Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work.
• To comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements.

Working hours are: Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm (1 hour for lunch).
