Job summary

mhs homes is seeking skilled Electricians to join our busy Asset Delivery team to deliver reactive repairs and planned maintenance to customers in social housing. You will work on domestic installations, carry out testing to BS7671, and ensure compliance and safe, reliable electrical services across our estates.

• Experience in domestic installations with testing to BS7671.
• NVQ Level 3 or 2365 parts 1 and 2 Electrical installations.
• 18th Edition (BS 7671) qualification or demonstration of compliance.
• 2391-52 Testing and Inspection desirable.
• Full and valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reactive repairs and planned maintenance to customers in social housing.

Our busy Asset Delivery team have multiple vacancies for skilled Electricians to deliver a great service to our customers through reactive repairs and planned maintenance.

Must haves:

• Experience in domestic installations, including carry out all relevant testing to comply with BS7671
• Experience in working on social housing (Desirable)
• NVQ Level 3 or 2365 part 1 and 2 Electrical installations
