Job summary

TXM Recruit is recruiting electricians for an ongoing hotel refurbishment project in Glasgow. The role involves first and second fixings, cabling, and finishing works in hotel rooms, with a deadline-driven pace as part of a two-person team.

Immediate start available for a 12-week assignment. Applicants should have a JIB Gold Card and 18th Edition and prior refurbishment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous refurbishment/commercial experience preferred.
• Able to work effectively as part of a 2-person team.
• Good workmanship and reliability.

Responsibilities

The Role

• First fix electrical installation within hotel rooms

• Installing new cabling and wiring for fittings
• Second fix installation and finishing works
• Completing rooms to a high standard
• Working efficiently as part of a 2-person team
• Minimum expectation of 4 room fixes per day

Pay & Hours

• £75 per person, per fix
• £300 per completed room, based on a team of 2
• Monday to Friday
• Work available for up to 12 weeks
• Immediate start available

Requirements
