Job summary

Aspirare Recruitment has a vacancy for an electrical maintenance professional to cover commercial sites. The role involves delivering scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance, with focus on lighting, power distribution, fire alarms and emergency lighting.

You will diagnose faults, keep records in the CMMS, and work with clients to complete tasks safely and efficiently. An 18th Edition qualification and a UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold 18th Edition electrical qualification.
• Recognised apprenticeship / SVQ or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in Facilities Management or Building Services.
• Commercial electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites.
• Work on lighting, power distribution, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records using a computerised maintenance management system.
• Work closely with clients to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Maintain full compliance with health and safety standards.
