Niyaa People are looking for an experienced Electrician to join a team within a large, reputable housing association working on social housing properties.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out various installation works in tenanted and void properties.
This is a contract role offering a possible permanent position after 12 weeks, if successful, you will be offered an hourly rate, CIS or PAYE, a company van and fuel card, a full induction process, clear progression routes and many more benefits when moving into a permanent role.

The Electrician role is:

Coventry and Birmingham based

Working on social housing properties

£25 per hour

Monday - Friday, 40 hour week

The successful Electrician will be expected to carry out:

Rewires

Fuse board changes

Lighting upgrades

Various other installation work

JIB Gold Card

Full UK driving license

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

NVQ Level 3

Installation experience

You will be required to pass a DBS Check for this contract.
