Job summary

JD Ross Energy is seeking Electricians to support the UK-wide rollout of EV charging infrastructure. You will install, test and commission EV charging solutions across domestic, commercial and industrial sites, with a clear development pathway as expertise grows.

The role offers a structured development programme, progression potential, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a growing team driving the transition to cleaner energy.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification or Approved Apprenticeship.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
• JIB/CSCS Gold Card.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install EV charging stations across domestic, commercial and industrial sites.
• Test and commission installations to the highest industry standards.
• Complete NICEIC certification and maintain accurate installation records.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Work closely with supervisors, project managers and wider installation teams.
• Support successful project delivery across multiple UK locations.

The Opportunity:

As an Electrician, you'll be responsible for the installation, testing and commissioning of EV charging infrastructure across a range of domestic, commercial and industrial environments. This is a field-based position supporting projects across the UK, giving you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology while developing your career within one of the fastest-growing sectors in the industry.

What We're Looking For:
