Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrician for domestic refurbishments in Fife. You will carry out domestic electrical installations and remedial work across council properties, ensuring high standards and safety compliance.

You will perform EICRs, liaise with tenants and site teams, and have a reliable, independent work ethic. A full UK driving licence is required; company van is provided for the mobile role.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified and experienced electrician.
• 18th Edition qualification required.
• Electrical testing/inspection qualifications required.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join my clients team, carrying out domestic electrical work across the Fife area.

The role will involve working within council properties, completing electrical maintenance and associated works to a high standard.

The Role

• Domestic electrical installations and remedial work
• Working across various council properties throughout Fife
• EICR's
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Liaising professionally with tenants, site teams and other trades

Requirements

• Qualified and experienced electrician
• 18th Edition qualification
• Relevant electrical testing/inspection qualifications
• Previous domestic experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable and able to work independently
