Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced electrician for ongoing domestic refurbishment work across the Fife region. You will perform domestic electrical installations, maintenance, and remedial tasks, including EICRs, across council properties.

You will work with tenants and site teams, ensuring high safety and quality standards, with a company van provided and local area work. An ASAP start is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must have qualified and experienced electrician.
• 18th Edition qualification required.
• Relevant electrical testing/inspection qualifications preferred.
• Previous domestic experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Domestic electrical installations and remedial work.
• Work across council properties in Fife.
• Carry out EICRs.

We are looking for an experiencedElectricianto join my clients team, carrying out domestic electrical work across theFife area.

The role will involve workingwithin council properties, completing electrical maintenance and associated works to a high standard.

The Role

• Domestic electrical installations and remedial work
• Working across various council properties throughout Fife
• EICR's
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Liaising professionally with tenants, site teams and other trades

Requirements

• Qualified and experienced electrician
• 18th Editionqualification
• Relevant electrical testing/inspection qualifications
• Previous domestic experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Own transport is not required – company van provided
