Job summary

Phosters is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our expanding team on a full-time permanent contract. The role is mobile, covering a range of client sites across the UK, with travel and some overnight stays.

The successful candidate will perform reactive works, enroll on the Call Out Rota, and sign off their own and Grade 2 electricians' works, under supervision as required.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition certification required.
• Test and Inspecting (2391) qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform reactive electrical works across multiple sites.
• Enroll on the Call Out Rota and respond to site calls.
• Sign off own and Grade 2 Electricians' works.

About The Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our expanding team on a full-time permanent contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about their trade and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A Grade 1 Electrician, would be expected to be capable of completing all reactive works, enrolling on the ‘Call Out Rota’, and being responsible for signing off own and Grade 2 Electricians works. This is a mobile position; therefore, the successful candidate will be expected to work across a magnitude of our client’s sites across a variety of industries, there will be travel and some overnight stays.

Skills And Experience Required

Essential qualifications

• 18th Edition.
• Test and Inspecting (2391).
• NVQ Level 3 Technical Technology (2357) or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in this/similar role.
• Full UK Driving License.

Desirable

• EV Installation.
• PAT Testing.
• AM2
