Job summary

Ayrshire project: Electricians required for domestic modernisation, mainly rewires (1st/2nd fix) with some EICR testing on domestic properties in South Ayrshire.

The role is Temp to Perm via agency for 13 weeks before joining the client's payroll; SJIB-rate–negotiable; full UK driving licence required; hours 7:30am–4:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic rewires (1st and 2nd fix).
• Experience with EICR testing is advantageous.
• CIS pay available after first 13 weeks or as negotiated.

Responsibilities

• Carry out modernisation works on domestic properties.
• Carry out EICR testing.
• Properties may be tenanted or void during full modernisation works.

Job description

Electricians Required in Ayrshire!

We are currently on the lookout for some Electricians to join our valued Client's team on a Temp to Perm basis, starting with an upcoming project in South Ayrshire.

The upcoming Project that you will be starting with, is estimated to be around 6 months work. As an Electrician, you will be carrying out modernisation works on domestic properties, so will need to be experienced in Domestic 1st and 2nd fix, particularly domestic rewires.

Before the Rewire works come into place, some of the properties may be Tenanted, but will be Void when doing the full modernisation works.

You will also be expected to Carry out EICR testing, so a 2391 Testing & Inspections Certificate would be highly advantageous, but the right person can also be put through it.

This is a Temp to Perm role, so the first 13 weeks will be through us as an Agency, before going directly onto their books.
