Job summary

Tech-People seeks an Electrician for a MOD project in Aldershot, starting asap. Long-term secure work through December 2026, 07:30–15:30/16:00, Monday to Friday, 8 hours daily. Pays £250 per day for 8 hours on-site with free parking and a stable project.

Requirements include a Gold JIB Card, IPAF, asbestos awareness, and experience with first fix installations. BPSS screening and criminal record check are mandatory before starting.

Qualifications

• Gold JIB Card is required.
• IPAF certification is required.
• Experience with commercial/industrial first fix installations.
• Must be physically fit for stair climbing and site movement.

We are currently looking for an Electricians for a MOD project in Aldershot, starting asap

This is a long-term opportunity with work secured until December 2026.

Electrician Requirements

• Gold JIB Card
• IPAF
• Previous experience with commercial/industrial first fix installations and must be fit to work, you would be walking up and down the stairs

Asbestos awareness certificate

Duties will include

• Metal containment
• Cable tray and basket
• Trunking
• Conduit
• Armoured cable installation
• General first fix electrical work

Hours

07:30 - 15:30/16:00 Monday to Friday, 8 hrs work

Rate

£250 per day for 8hrs working

Security Clearance Requirement

As this is a MOD project, all successful candidates will be required to complete a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) screening process before starting work.
