Job summary

ABM UK is seeking an electrically biased trades person for on-site maintenance and repair at the London site (LCY3). The role covers electrical building services, fabric maintenance and event space setup. You will perform planned and reactive tasks, update the CMMS, and ensure safety and QA procedures are followed.

Applicants should have City & Guilds/NVQ in Building Services or Electrical Installation, plus 18th edition knowledge. Monday to Friday shifts and a salary of £45,000 are offered.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds/NVQ Building Services Engineering or Electrical Installation/Maintenance.
• City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition IEE 18th Edition.
• Knowledge of building services engineering.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Contract Manager.
• Fault finding, testing, repair and preventative maintenance of electrical building services equipment.
• Carry out small electrical installation work.
• Perform non-specialist building fabric maintenance tasks.
• Update completed PPM tasks in the site CMMS.
• Maintain site records and documentation for all works.
