Electrically Biased Field Service Engineer – Machine Tools£40,000 base + Door-to-Door Overtime (OTE £45K–£47.5K)Hybrid Company Vehicle + Strong Pension + Private HealthcareUK & European Travel | Apprentice Trained Candidates OnlyWe’re working with a leading name in CNC machine tools who are looking to add an experienced Field Service Engineer to their team. This is a field-based role covering customer sites across the UK and Europe, so you must be comfortable with regular travel, overnight stays, and working independently on the road.The Must-Haves: * Electrically biased engineer with strong mechanical understanding * Apprentice trained in maintenance (essential) * Machine tool maintenance experience – CNC or manual machines * Comfortable with UK-wide and European travel * Full UK driving licenceIdeally, you’ll also: * Already be working in a field-based service role, or have strong exposure to working independently on-site * Have experience fault-finding, maintaining and repairing a variety of machine tool typesThe Package: * £40,000 base salary * Door-to-door overtime taking OTE to £45K–£47.5K * Hybrid company vehicle * Expenses * Private healthcare and strong pension scheme * Equipment and tools * Full support from an established service teamIf you’re an electrically biased machine tool engineer looking for a role with freedom, variety, and strong earning potential — this is it.
