Job summary

Recruited UK is seeking an experienced Electrician or Engineer to join as a Workshop Technician at our state-of-the-art training centre in Rochester, Kent. You will provide hands-on guidance to apprentices, help maintain a safe and organized workshop, and support trainers in delivering engaging learning experiences.

Applicants should have an Electrical or Engineering NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent), proven industry experience, good IT skills, and a full UK driving licence.

• Proven industry/occupational experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical support and guidance to apprentices during training sessions.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, organised, and effective workshop environment.
• Support trainers in delivering high-quality, engaging learning experiences.
• Ensure equipment and resources are prepared and maintained to a high standard.
