We’re looking for a Electrical Workshop Team Leader based in Yate, Bristol.

What you’ll do:
Supervise the team to ensure maximum availability of equipment, adhering to production plans.
Implement and monitor compliance with safety, electrical, and quality standards.
Oversee and contribute to the electrical testing, servicing, maintenance and repair of equipment.
Conduct performance reviews, training, and development of team members.
Manage inventory, monitor spare parts stock levels, and process purchase orders.
Ensure quality control and final inspection of all equipment prior to dispatch.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent (City & Guilds, NVQ, etc.).
Proven experience (5+ years) in an electrical servicing environment.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Commitment to safety and a quality-focused approach.
Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required.
