This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions.
The salary for this role is £54,376 (inclusive of a Specialist Allowance of £6,000). Onsite working is expected; however, we actively support requests for flexible working.
This role is based at Culham, Oxfordshire.

As the Electrical Workshop Manager, you will manage a team of electrical technicians to ensure the delivery of equipment through the Electrical Workshop and other assembly and manufacturing areas, supporting projects across RACE. You will provide technical leadership to the technicians, support electrical manufacturing and installation, and act as an Area Supervisor.
