Job summary

Kingston Barnes Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Panel Wirer in the Bristol area for a market-leading semiconductor company. The role offers full-time work on double days with an early finish on Fridays, focusing on assembly build of high-tech products and panel wiring.

You will join a production team, read electrical drawings, and fault-find to implement corrective actions on complex configurations. Eligible candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Electrical soldering, crimping and loom wiring experience.
• Time served electrical apprenticeship or City and Guilds Part 3, or HND, HNC, or BTech level 3.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and fault find.

Salary up to £32,000 - £36,000 + 17.5% s/a (10% for mornings, 25% for afternoons) = £38,400 - £43,200 Overall Earnings.

The Company:

The Company provide tools for the engineering of micro and nanostructures, with customers using their process solutions to research and produce materials and semiconductors vital for everything from medical devices and diagnostics to electric cars and quantum computers.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join their Production team and work on the assembly build of high-tech, cutting-edge products. You will develop new capabilities and work on some of their most complex system configurations.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Electrical Soldering, Crimping and Looming Experience (Panel Wiring)
• Time served Electrical apprenticeship or City and Guilds part 3, or HND, HNC, or BTech level 3
• Ability to read electrical drawings
• Ability to fault find and implement corrective action

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Combination of mechanical, electrical, and electronic assembly skills
