Job summary

Allura Svcs. is seeking a Craft Attendant/Trainee to join our field team in the UK. You will work alongside a Craftsman or Engineer, usually 8:00–16:30 on site, with travel time paid and overnight stays possible for distant projects.

We provide full on-the-job training to progress to Craftsman, require a valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel. A company vehicle, paid travel, 40-hour weeks, pension and PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required and willingness to travel/overnight stay.
• Desire to learn and progress from Craft Attendant to Craftsman.
• Compliance with Health & Safety policies and UK laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist Craftsman/Engineer on site daily.
• Share driving duties in company vehicle.
• Prepare work area and ensure tools, materials, and test equipment are ready.
• Keep work area and vehicle clean and tidy.
• Complete test forms and as-installed drawings; maintain records.
• Provide live working support during live cable jointing as needed.
• Perform other duties as required by Craftsman, Line Manager or Director.
