Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation professional to switch into a lecturing role in Blackpool. The post offers full teacher training, a strong benefits package, a salary of £37,415 plus a £3,000 scarcity payment as well as pension and generous holiday entitlements.

Are you an experienced Electrician or Electrical Installation professional looking to come off the tools and move into a rewarding teaching career?

As an Electrical Installation Lecturer, you will deliver Electrical Installation training across classroom and workshop environments, helping learners develop the practical skills and technical knowledge required to progress into the electrical industry. You will work with learners across different levels, supporting them throughout their training and helping them achieve their qualifications.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Electrical Installation professional with a minimum Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification, 18th Edition and AM2. You do not need previous teaching experience, as full training will be provided. The College is looking for someone who is reliable, organised, communicates well and genuinely wants to develop a long-term career within education.

• Genuine motivation to move from industry into teaching.
