Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Electrical Testing Manager to oversee the Fixed Electrical Testing (FET) programme across 13 data centre sites. You will supervise two Authorised Persons, ensuring safe HV/LV testing operations with zero downtime and providing technical guidance across the estate.

The role requires current AP qualifications, strong BS7671 knowledge and ability to drive safety-first practices, SOPs and RAMS reviews.

Qualifications

Authorised Person (HV/LV) qualification is required and current.
C&G 2391 or equivalent certification is required.
BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) knowledge is essential.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or City & Guilds 2320/2360 qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Act as designated Authorised Person for 11kV and LV networks across 13 sites.
Provide AP cover to maintain continuous FET programme delivery.
Manage safety documentation: PtW, Certificates of Isolation, EOPs/SOPs.
Enforce lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) protocols across facilities.
Lead and mentor two FET Engineers and coordinate AP resources.
Oversee planning, scheduling and execution of the Fixed Electrical Testing programme.
