Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd is seeking an Electrical Testing and Fixed Wire Tester to cover Leeds/Bradford. You will perform statutory inspections and comprehensive electrical testing across industrial and commercial environments, ensuring high-quality results.

The role requires 18th Edition, 2391/2394/2395 qualifications, and a strong knowledge of electrical installations. A driving licence and report-writing skills are essential. Competitive package and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition (BS7671) Regulations - essential.
• City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 - Inspection & Testing qualification essential.
• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Electrical Installation (Part 1, 2 & 3 or 2365 Diploma)
• Experience in fixed wirer testing advantageous.
• Time-served apprenticeship highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Good IT skills and ability to produce technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspection and electrical testing of installations in commercial and industrial environments.
• Conduct EICRs
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical standards, 18th Edition regulations, and Health & Safety requirements
• Produce accurate technical inspection reports within agreed timescales
• Provide professional technical advice to clients
• Maintain high customer service standards
• Identify potential additional service opportunities
