Electrical Testing Engineer

We're looking for a qualified Electrical Testing Engineer to work throughout Kent, Surrey, and London.

There is occasional overnight stay and weekend work involved, with some work on the Isle of Guernsey for candidates willing to travel there. (Travel expenses covered)

Our client will provide a van, fuel card, and testing equipment.

The work will involve carrying out both fixed wire testing and associated remedial works related to testing.

This role is initially temporary with the potential for a permanent contract after a trial period.

Requirements:

1. Electrical qualification - time served apprentice electricians.
2. City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
3. City & Guilds 2381 18th Edition
4. Full UK driving licence
5. Previous experience in commercial electrical testing and inspection works
6. Ability to work from a laptop
7. Good communication skills with clients to represent the company professionally
8. Flexibility to accommodate early start, early finish, late start, or late finish times
9. Willingness to occasionally work away with all expenses covered
