Job summary

Novatec Electrical Services is recruiting experienced Electrical Testers for permanent, full‑time roles, covering EICR work across petrol stations and commercial/industrial premises nationwide in the UK. You will inspect, report and certify installations, ensuring compliance and high standards.

The role requires time‑served electricians with BS 7671 knowledge, 2391/18th Edition qualifications, and a valid ECS card. Occasional travel away from home is expected; company van and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be time‑served electrician with strong EICR experience.
• Solid understanding of BS 7671 and electrical defect classification.
• Committed to health and safety and high standards of certification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out EICRs on commercial and industrial installations across the UK.
• Identify and record electrical defects, coding them accurately.
• Complete electrical certification and reports to a high standard; perform remedial works as required.
