Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking an Electrical Test Operator for an initial 12-month assignment in Bolton. You will perform test tasks under product certification procedures, meeting budgets and timescales to support project objectives.

role requires significant electrical test experience, adherence to quality standards and strong teamwork. Security clearance is required, starting on BPSS, with pay of £29.02 per hour via Umbrella rising to £30.38.

Qualifications

• Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent with recognized frameworks.
• Experience with product certification procedures and audits.
• Ability to apply diverse skills across tasks in a manufacturing cycle.

Responsibilities

• Certify the product in line with the certification procedure.
• Maintain product certification and approval via audits.
• Operate and apply test instruments across the manufacturing cycle.
• Ensure build, inspection and test times meet targets.
• Complete paperwork in the manufacturing data pack accurately.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with all procedures and safety requirements.
• Promote best practices and support team members.
