Job summary

You will carry out assembly, installation, testing and inspection of deployable infrastructure units, ensuring compliance with project specs and quality benchmarks for containerised and mobile

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical testing procedures and standards (e.g. City & Guilds 2391-52 or equivalent)
• Familiarity with BS7671 18th edition and electrical safety

Responsibilities

• Electrical Testing & Inspection: perform electrical testing and inspection of completed systems and sub-systems; ensure test results recorded and reviewed before sign-off of EIC; verify installation and operation of electrical and communication systems; document non-conformances; liaise with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues; support fault-finding with production and engineering teams.
• Electrical Build and Installation: manufacture and install electrical circuits and communication systems into mobile workspaces and various equipment; perform loomings, crimping, braiding, soldering, wire prep and termination; cable identification; fibre optic installation.
