Electrical Test Engineer

Grantham (Commutable from: Newark-on-Trent, Lincoln, Sleaford, Melton Mowbray, Nottingham, Stamford, Oakham)

Based on-site in Grantham, you’ll test and fault-find LV control panel assemblies, support resolution of build/functionality issues, and run Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) alongside clients and design engineers.

The Role:

• Electrical testing and fault-finding on bespoke Low Voltage control panels / MCC assemblies (site-based, Grantham)
• Support build/functionality issue resolution and conduct FATs with clients/design engineers

The Person:

• Electrical qualification (e.g. ONC / City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• Experience testing LV control panels or MCCs in a manufacturing/testing environment
• Able to read/interpret electrical schematics and work to relevant wiring regs/standards
