Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical testing and inspection activities in line with standards and project requirements.
• Perform routine and non-routine test procedures and record results accurately.
• Use test instruments safely and ensure calibration is maintained.
• Interpret results, identify faults or non-conformities and escalate as needed.
• Complete test documentation, reports, and certification accurately and on time.
• Support installation and commissioning by verifying electrical systems meet specs.
• Follow site rules, risk assessments, and method statements for safe working.
• Maintain high workmanship and professionalism on customer sites.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure smooth testing delivery.

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to fault finding and verification.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with site teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant electrical qualification (for example, City & Guilds or equivalent) and demonstrable testing experience.
• Relevant certification and/or training in electrical testing and safe working (as applicable to the role).
• Driving licence (where required for site travel across the Boston, Lincolnshire region and surrounding areas).
