Job summary

Red Bull Powertrains is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician on a fixed-term contract to join the Electronics Department. You will produce high-quality electrical components, looms and assemblies for our F1 car, ensuring accuracy and reliability under demanding conditions.

The role is based at Milton Keynes Factory and requires strong wiring knowledge and drawing interpretation. You will work as part of a high-performance team, manage tight timelines, and contribute to delivering

Qualifications

• Experience producing wiring assemblies for F1 or high-level motorsport.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings and procedures.
• Familiar with System 25, autosport connectors, fine gauge wiring.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication, enthusiasm, and ability to learn quickly; team player.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality electrical and electronic components, looms and assemblies for the F1 car.
• Work in Electronics Department on wiring looms and assemblies.
• Contribute to delivery of high-performance electrical systems for the car.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design and build accuracy.

Role Overview

Play a key role in delivering high-performance electrical and electronic systems for our F1 car, including looms, sensors, and assemblies.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to join our Electronics Department, to produce high quality Electrical and Electronic components, looms, and assemblies.

This role is a Fixed Term Contract - based full time at our Milton Keynes Factory.

Candidate Requirements

• Has some experience producing wiring assemblies for either F1 or high level Motorsport.
• Has a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of mechanical and electrical technical drawings and the appropriate procedures, to be able to work unsupervised where required and take responsibility for a task, once set.
• Familiar with System 25, autosport connectors, fine gauge wiring.
• Can work under pressure meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Good communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability to learn and adapt quickly are prerequisites for the role. The ability to work well as part of a team is an essential skill within Red Bull Technology.
