Job summary

Recruited UK is seeking an experienced Electrician or Engineer to join as a Workshop Technician at our state-of-the-art training centre in Orpington. You will provide hands-on guidance to apprentices in a professional learning environment, helping shape the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Based in Orpington, you will assist in delivering engaging learning experiences, maintain a safe workshop, and ensure equipment and resources are prepared to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Engineering NVQ Level 3 with AM2.
• Proven industry experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical support and guidance to apprentices during training sessions.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, organised, and effective workshop environment.
• Support trainers in delivering high-quality, engaging learning experiences.
• Ensure equipment and resources are prepared and maintained to a high standard.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Full UK driving licence
