Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join a growing bespoke engineering and automation company that specialises in special purpose machinery. You will work on bespoke industrial machinery, handle switchgear and servo drives, and participate in electrical build, testing and installation tasks across customer sites.

Qualifications

• Must be an electrically biased engineer.
• Ideally completed a recognised UK apprenticeship.
• Level 3 NVQ in electrical installation or electrical maintenance.
• Experience working on PLCs.
• Electrical build, wiring, testing and installation - control panels.

Responsibilities

• Working on bespoke industrial machinery.
• Dealt with switchgear, servo drives, motors and sensors.
• Electrical building, testing and installation of special purpose machinery.
• Occasional travel to customer sites for installation and modification activities.

Role & Responsibilities of an Electrical Technician:

• Working on bespoke industrial machinery
• Dealt with switchgear, servo drives, motors and sensors
• Electrical building, testing and installation of special purpose machinery
• Occasional travel to customer sites for installation and modification activities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience needed to be an Electrical Technician:
