Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Technical Account Manager for a high-profile site in West London. The role oversees a team of 9 engineers, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operation of critical building infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and client management experience in a hard FM/critical facilities environment, with a robust electrical engineering background and a focus on health & safety and contract performance.

Qualifications

• Senior FM/engineering or technical account management with leadership experience.
• Strong electrical engineering background and site operations knowledge.
• Experience managing teams in hard FM or critical facilities environments.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 9 engineers and oversee service delivery.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and contract performance.
• Act as main client liaison and manage stakeholders.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure statutory regulations and health & safety compliance.
• Manage specialist subcontractors and service providers.
• Monitor KPIs and service delivery standards.
• Support budget management and reporting.
• Identify and implement operational improvements.
