Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience.
Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.

Ability to handle multiple assignments.
Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in operations of respective business class including staff development, resource management, timecard monitoring and quality control.
Assist in ensuring all work is planned, organised, controlled and coordinated with Project Managers.
Assist in selection, training, development and management of technical personnel.
Be prepared to manage a group of up to 8 members of technical staff within respective business class.
Management of contingent workers.
Perform other duties as required by current role and job description.
