Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in operations of respective business class including staff development, resource management, timecard monitoring and quality control.
  • Assist in ensuring all work is planned, organised, controlled and coordinated with Project Managers.
  • Assist in selection, training, development and management of technical personnel.
  • Be prepared to manage a group of up to 8 members of technical staff within respective business class.
  • Management of contingent workers.
  • Perform other duties as required by current role and job description.

About You

We are looking for a Team Lead with an electrical background who has Strong communication and listening skills, Professional accreditations the Ability to handle multiple assignments, previous experience in similar role and An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture

As an Electrical Team Lead we will count on you to:

  • Assist in the responsibility for operations of respective business class including staff development, resource management, timecard monitoring, and quality control

  • Be prepared to manage a group of up to 8 members of technical staff within respective business class
