Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Supervisor or Authorized Person.
• Experience with switching and isolation procedures.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety in industrial/water/bioenergy environments.
• Ability to supervise electrical works and coordinate site activities.
• Knowledge of permits, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Commitment to health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervising electrical works across water and bioenergy facilities
• Carrying out and overseeing electrical switching activities in line with approved procedures
• Ensuring electrical systems are operated safely and efficiently
• Co-ordinating with site teams, contractors and project personnel
• Monitoring electrical works to ensure compliance with relevant safety and technical standards
• Supporting the management of site documentation, permits and switching records
• Identifying electrical issues and contributing to effective solutions
