Pyramid Plus, a joint venture between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, is seeking a skilled Electrician to maintain, repair and install electrical systems in tenanted homes in Staines and surrounding areas.

You'll perform reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and support refurbishment projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards. A valid UK driving licence and domestic housing experience are required; company van and fuel card are provided.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations – AM2 included.
• City & Guilds 18th Edition (if you have 17th edition you can work through your 18th edition)
• Inspection and Testing 2391 or equivalent (2394/2395)
• Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
• Previous domestic, social housing experience

Responsabilidades

• Repair and replace faulty electrical accessories in tenanted properties.
• Inspect, test and certify electrical installations for safety and compliance.
• Carry out first fix electrical works and rewires as required.
• Install new electrical accessories and cabling as needed.
• Communicate clearly with tenants and residents about works and outcomes.
