Job summary

MDE Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee on-site electrical teams across nationwide utility-scale Solar PV, BESS, and electrical infrastructure projects in the UK. The role offers strong earning potential and long-term opportunities within a growing renewables contractor.

You will supervise installations, coordinate daily activity, read drawings, and ensure safe, compliant delivery with project managers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Supervise electrical installation teams across renewable energy projects.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Coordinate daily activities and manage productivity on site.
• Ensure safe, compliant electrical installations and testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervising electrical installation teams on utility scale Solar PV & BESS projects.
• Overseeing electrical installations, testing, inspections & maintenance.
• Managing electricians, coordinating daily activities & maintaining productivity.
• Supervising installation of inverters, LV panels, cabling & electrical equipment.
• Reading electrical drawings, identifying faults & resolving technical issues.
• Working closely with Project Managers & Engineers to ensure safe, high quality project delivery.
